The hotel's rooms had a picturesque ocean view, but the outdated 70s-80s decor needed a refresh. Despite being quite a trek up 8-10 flights of stairs to reach amenities like the pool, bar, restaurant, and reception, the rooms were comfortable overall.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a balcony with an ocean view, making my experience truly delightful. The service was top-notch with very friendly and helpful staff, offering various amenities to enhance our stay. The location was okay, but could use improvement in customer service. The dining experience had its ups and downs with a variety of items available but could be better timed to avoid long waits. Overall, a lovely hotel with some room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were extremely old and not in good condition, but my room had a great view of the ocean, was very spacious, and clean. On the downside, the room was far from the theater at the resort.

The hotel is out in the middle of freaking nowhere, but after arriving by boat and experiencing some confusion with the security guard, the location was somewhat remote. It could not compare to the nearby Playa Blanca across the 'bay'.
